はい。初回同期時は、データが多いデバイスから最初にアクセスしてください。先にアクセスしたデバイスのデータがクラウドの正本（マスターデータ）になります。例えば、スマホでたくさんデータを溜めている場合は、プレミアム購入後にまずスマホからアプリを開いてください。PC側から先にアクセスすると、PCの（少ない）データがクラウドに上がり、スマホのデータが上書きされる可能性があります。 Yes.
